Today Realty Advisors typically requires a minimum of 50% pre-leasing activity or a commitment from a large anchor tenant prior to accepting any commercial development. A strict due diligence process is performed on all potential developments, including environmental, entitlement, demographic and economic factors. Once approved, Today Realty Advisors will provide 100% of the equity requirement to fund the development and will assist with structuring of goals. The diversified property types include large anchored retail shopping centers, office, industrial, medical buildings, multi and single family communities, as well as build-to-suits.
