Development Services is responsible for coordinating all capital improvements related to the company’s properties. This includes the replacement or renovation of parking surfaces, roofs, building exteriors, core and common areas, site landscaping and lighting, signage, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Capital improvement projects may also include phases of demolition, project rehabilitation, and/or building addition.
