Today Realty Advisors is a highly flexible private real estate firm with adaptability beyond the many constraints of large commercial real estate corporations. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas; the scope of ventures includes all of North America with regional offices in Orlando, Florida and Ontario, Canada. The majority of new projects are in Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, and Florida. With a staff of over thirty (30) employees, Today Realty Advisors is a full-service real estate company that oversees and provides services for every aspect of a business transaction from conception to completion.

The Dallas-based company was founded in 1990 by Mr. Eric Brauss, who left behind the regional presidency of the largest Canadian real estate franchise. His expertise is fortified by the accumulation of nearly 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. The focus remains on forming partnerships with proven developers throughout the United States to provide equity for the development of income-producing properties, including large anchored retail shopping centers, office, industrial, medical buildings, multi and single family communities, as well as build-to-suits.
